Elliott joined LMP in 2023 practicing primarily in the Firm’s Maritime and Insurance Defense practice groups, and assisting with the Firm’s other practice areas as needed. Prior to joining the Firm, Elliott honed his litigation skills working at a regional law firm that focused on general liability insurance defense.
Elliott received his B.A. from Samford University in Political Science, before going on to receive his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. At Cardozo, Elliott served as the Managing Editor for the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice. During his second year, Elliott interned with the Charities Bureau of the New York State Attorney General, where Elliott developed a passion for complex litigation.
Elliott is admitted to practice law before the state courts in Connecticut and New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Outside of work, Elliott enjoys spending time with his wife, Emma, their daughter and their three dogs.
